The rent does not depend on the season, but is kept level throughout the year. It is charged on a per person basis so as to make the house affordable for couples or small families. The weekly rate applies to 7 nights booked, normally from a Saturday to a Saturday though other start and finish days can sometimes be arranged on request. Short breaks are charged per person per night and can be arranged at any time, subject to other booking commitments. For 2012: Per week Short breaks per night (minimum 2 nights) For one or two people £370 £60 For three people £420 £65 For four people £470 £70 For five or more people £520 £75 Note that babies of any age count towards the full number of people. The rent includes electricity for heating, cooking and hot water, and coal for the open fire. Also included are bed linen, bath towels and teatowels. However, you can deduct £30 from the final total if you would like to bring your own linen and towels. The balance of the rent is due 4 weeks before arrival.
